Contact

Elena reads hello@casugardaddymeet.com. That mailbox is for this site: a wrong figure, a broken link, a page that has gone stale, or a question about how a number was checked. There is no phone number for this site, and there is no contact form.

What can Elena help with?

Corrections, and questions about the guides. Name the page, quote the sentence you think is wrong, and say what you saw instead, including the date. If you have a public source, link it. Elena checks that source, or logs back into a member account, before she changes the line. A typo can be fixed in place. A changed figure is dated, and the page says what moved.

She also answers questions about how the site is paid and who writes it. The short versions are the about page, the affiliate disclosure and the editorial policy. If one of those pages already answers you, quote the line so she does not repeat the whole page.

Elena reads the mailbox herself, after she has looked at the page you named. Do not expect a reply the same day.

What has to go to SugarDaddyMeet?

Anything inside an account. Elena cannot reset a password, stop a renewal, refund a payment, delete a profile, or ban another member. She cannot see your messages. A safety report about someone on the platform goes to the platform's own support, not to hello@casugardaddymeet.com.

On 3 October 2026 the platform's payment page listed a Toronto (416) number, 1-416-628-1072, and a toll-free line, 1-888-702-1274 (toll-free). The hours printed with those numbers were 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern. This site is only reporting what that page listed.

On the Me and Settings screens the platform says live support replies usually within 30 seconds. That line is the platform's claim. Elena has not timed it. The platform's Canada page describes a different support offer. This page does not merge the two into one promise.

How do you send a correction?

Use the email above. "The cost page is wrong" is too vague to check. "The cost page says the upgrade screen had no currency code, and the screen I opened showed one" can be checked.

If Elena confirms the page is wrong, she corrects it. If your screen and the 3 October 2026 accounts disagree, the page can say both. She changes a figure only after she has seen the source. A complaint stays when the accounts recorded it.

Privacy requests about an email you sent, including deletion, are the same mailbox. What the site holds, and what it does not, is the privacy policy. The guides are the index if you were looking for a page rather than a person.
