Privacy policy

casugardaddymeet.com is a set of pages Elena publishes. There is no account on this site, no password, no contact form and nowhere to type a card number. Registration for SugarDaddyMeet happens on the platform, under its own policy. This page says what this site actually handles. It is general information, not legal advice.

What does this site collect?

The pages load Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare Web Analytics. Google Analytics 4 sets a first-party cookie to tell a return visit from a new one, and it records which button was used and which page it was on. The event has no name and no email, because the page never asked. Cloudflare's documentation, read 4 October 2026, says its Web Analytics beacon "does not collect or use your visitors' personal data."

Server logs are already a feature of the host. Cloudflare serves the pages and keeps ordinary request logs: the page asked for, the time, the IP address and the browser string. This site does not set a separate retention period for those logs, and it does not copy them into a list of readers.

Email is collected only if you write. A message to hello@casugardaddymeet.com is kept long enough for Elena to answer it and, if you asked for a correction, to fix the page. Addresses are not added to a mailing list. Ask, and she deletes the message.

How do you opt out?

Block cookies in your browser, or block the analytics scripts, and the measurement tags stop recording you. The pages still load. Cloudflare says its Web Analytics beacon is blocked by common ad blockers. There is no cookie banner on this site, and this policy does not invent one. The server log is part of hosting. The email exists only because you sent it.

Google's opt-out add-on for Analytics is documented at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Where does a registration go?

Off this site. A join link carries a tracking id so SugarDaddyMeet can see that the visit came from casugardaddymeet.com. The id identifies this site, not you. From that point the platform's privacy policy applies, and you should read it before you register. The link is marked nofollow. Join free →

Which privacy laws are named here?

The Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) sets rules for a private-sector organization that collects, uses or discloses personal information in the course of a commercial activity. Quebec's Law 25, Statutes of Quebec 2021, chapter 25, amended the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, which covers personal information a person collects while carrying on an enterprise in Quebec. The Privacy Commissioner of Canada says an organization covered by that Quebec statute is generally outside PIPEDA for collection that stays inside the province, and that personal information crossing a provincial or national border in a commercial activity falls back under PIPEDA.

This is not a ruling on whether a given email is covered. The Commissioner's summary is PIPEDA requirements in brief (date modified 1 May 2024, read 4 October 2026). The Quebec statute is on Légis Québec, chapter P-39.1. If a reply from Elena does not settle a concern, the Commissioner's office explains where to take it: Report a concern.

Children, and changes to this page

The guides are for adults. SugarDaddyMeet's minimum age is 20, and this site uses that floor. Elena does not knowingly keep an email from someone under that age.

If a form, a newsletter or another tag is added, this page changes the same day. The terms cover the rest of how the site may be used. The contact page is how you reach Elena about a message you already sent, and the about page says who runs the site.
